Abstract

The Nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticles were manufactured through a microwave-accelerated combustion process which is designed to reduce the need for a conventional continuous heating. The produced NiO material sustain strengthening at 200°C to 400°C. The average crystallite size for both NiO samples was determined to be 20 nm or 30 nm respectively, and the XRD pattern verifies the material's excellent crystallinity. Nevertheless, SEM examination were used to examine the the study of the shape, size, structure, and physical appearance of the materials, cells, or organisms which revealed a spherical form with an aggregation matrix. This includes the NiO. Additionally, a thorough FTIR analysis was done to determine the functional group included in the produced samples. Bandgap values are calculated from the UV-Vis absorption spectra computed in that perspective.  Similarly, the compound composition were shown in the compound were displayed in the composition. According to the antibacterial analysis, both samples expresses wide-ranging activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative category. Therefore, this environmentally friendly synthesized NiO material has antibacterial potential.
