The digital transformation of the 2020s has accelerated the integration of computing technologies into legal systems worldwide. This paper analyzes how globalization and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), block chain, big data analytics, and platform architectures are reshaping courts, regulatory regimes, and transnational enforcement. Drawing on comparative developments in the European Union, the United States, China, South Asia, and global multilateral initiatives between 2020 and 2025, the paper argues that digital justice delivers efficiency and broader access only when accompanied by institutionally enforceable transparency, robust privacy protections, and rights-based governance structures. Key challenges include algorithmic bias, jurisdictional fragmentation, digital inequality, and corporate governance of infrastructures that host legal processes. The paper concludes with policy prescriptions for an ethically grounded, internationally coordinated digital justice architecture.
